This is a comprehensive course developed by Creative BC, the MPPIA (producers association) and industry Labour organizations (the unions and guilds). It will provide you with the information you need to work on a film set. This course is mandatory when applying to any of the unions or guilds and required by most producers.
Course topics include the structure of the BC film industry, stages of production, industry jobs, set terminology, set etiquette, basic safety, and communication skills.
