With over 14 years’ experience managing direct funding programs for the creative sector in British Columbia, Erika has a passion for developing talent, building community, and creating jobs. Throughout her career Erika has administered millions of dollar in grants to film, television, and digital media producers; arranged sponsorships with premiere film festivals, organized international trade missions, negotiated partnerships with broadcasters and federal funding agencies, and created initiatives that elevate systemically underrepresented communities. Currently she the Director of the Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Access Canada Team where she manages Access to Action Canada, a program that provides individuals who haven’t traditionally had pathways into the entertainment industry with access to below-the-line jobs on WBD film and television productions.
