Applicants must review the applicable Program Guidelines and 2025 Program Policies and complete any the associated forms when applying (e.g. Project Details Form, Self-ID Code List, etc.).

The Bell Fund is independently administered by a Board of Directors operating at arm’s-length from its contributors and has offices in Toronto and Montreal. The Bell Fund is generously supported by revenue from Bell TV, tangible benefits, and repayment of development advances from the Slate Development Program.
