The Operations Administrative Assistant supports the Operation Team and is responsible for assisting with administrative processes and maintenance of systems related to imagineNATIVE’s year round and festival operations. This position will work cross-departmentally to support teams in data tracking, organizing information and documents, and assisting at virtual and in-person events.
Requirements

Comfort and familiarity with working with computer systems and applications (Google Workplace, Microsoft Office) and processes (training will be provided but adeptness with computers is required)

A demonstrated interested in the arts, film, and Indigenous communities

Excellent communication and motivational skills; strong writing is a preferred asset

Strong, meticulous attention to detail

Must be able to work from home with access to reliable internet and your own computer and smartphone

This is a hybrid work position, with work taking place remotely and in person at our office space and events locations to assist with the 2022 imagineNATIVE Film + Media Arts Festival

Compensation: $22.00/hour (24 hours per week from April to July 4, 2022; 35 hours per week from July 4, 2022 to December 2, 2022)
