Our Women in Focus Mentorship program provides the opportunity for up to five female or non-binary filmmakers to receive a limited mentorship from an experienced executive producer to prepare for and guide their market experience to progress their careers and projects at the Whistler Film Festival + Content Summit. Filmmakers with short-form episodic series in development are also eligible to apply. Participants must be from British Columbia and have projects in development.
Mentees will also receive the opportunity to participate in a meet-up during the Whistler Film Festival + Content Summit to network with other filmmakers, industry execs, and mentors to discuss how they may further their projects.
Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and accommodation to attend the festival.
