Inclusive Leadership for Supervisors and Leaders

Schedule: Facilitated 2-day Workshop with a 1-hour lunch and 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon.

Everyone has the right to work in a psychologically safe work environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment, where people work collaboratively and cross-culturally.

Prerequisites:

  • Must be B.C.-based
  • Must be already working in a leadership capacity or in the process

Upon successful completion, participants will receive:

  • Certification of Completion
  • Social Media Badge

Who should take this course? Experienced B.C.-based supervisors and leaders already working in a leadership capacity or in the process (e.g. Producers, Directors, Heads of Department and Keys such as Location Manager, Production Manager, 1st Assistant Camera, 2nd Assistant Camera, 1st Assistant Director, 2nd Assistant Director, Assistant Set Decorator etc.).

Cancellation Policy
If you are no longer able to attend, notify Creative Pathways™ with at least 3 business days notice prior to the course start date to allow Facilitators and Administrators time to contact Waitlist attendees.

The delivery of the Creative Pathways™ and Elevate Inclusion Strategies Professional Development Programs is made possible by public provincial funds. As part of this program, attendees are considered recipients of the training. For transparency in the use of public funds, Creative Pathways™ will list recipients’ names, their location, and the name of the professional development program they attended.

About Natasha Tony
CEO of Elevate Inclusion Strategies and Professional Development Program Facilitator

Facilitator Natasha Tony, CEO of Elevate Inclusion Strategies, is a sought-after labour relations specialist, consultant, leadership coach, trainer, and speaker.

Natasha is committed to applying an intersectional, human rights, and reconciliation lens to all that she does. Her deep experience in mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution supports leaders in helping them navigate the stages toward sustainable inclusion.

Prior to establishing Elevate Inclusion Strategies, Natasha worked for 15 years as an Extras Casting Director in the British Columbia film industry. Following that, she worked as a Labour Relations Specialist, also in the film industry. During this time, Natasha gained a reputation for working collaboratively with unions and Hollywood studios on complex workplace issues.

Natasha also championed and developed the renowned Inclusive Leadership and Inclusive Workplace Training Program for the film industry delivered across Canada and the US. She was recognized for her training by Women in Film + TV Vancouver with a Spotlight Award.

Natasha has always prioritized giving back to the community where she lives and works. She is currently a board member of Black Women Film! Canada and an Appointed Bencher with the Law Society of British Columbia and Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
