We’re pleased to provide this opportunity to disabled creatives across Canada. There are five spots available. One spot is specifically reserved for a Manitoba-based disabled creative who is Francophone and/or Indigenous, and the other four spots are open to disabled creatives living in Ottawa or anywhere else in Ontario or Canada.

Our Ottawa-based delegates will receive one complimentary industry pass to Prime Time, valid for the length of the conference. Our non-local delegates will receive one (1) complimentary Industry pass valid for the length of the conference, as well as flights, 3 nights’ accommodations (January 27 – 30, 2026), ground transportation, and a per diem. All delegates will receive any accessibility services required to fully participate in the festival.

This program is offered to persons with disabilities who historically, statistically, and currently face barriers in accessing opportunities in the screen industry. This delegation opportunity is best intended for producers, writers, and individuals working in business affairs in the screen industry. The Disability Screen Office jury will be evaluating applicants based on your current role in the industry, how you will benefit from attending either or both festivals, and how participating in this delegation will support your future goals. Recognizing the multiple barriers that persons with disabilities with intersecting identities experience, we strongly encourage applications from people with disabilities across all dimensions of diversity.

Details of what this pass grants the holder access to can be found on the CMPA website.

If you have any accessibility needs or require accommodations to complete this form, please contact Elspeth Arbow, EA/Operations Manager, at elspeth.arbow@dso-orphe.ca. All respondents will be notified about the status of their application by December 12, 2025.

Thank you to CMPA, Ontario Creates, and On Screen Manitoba for enabling this opportunity for disabled creatives.
