An online equity stream for 10 jobseekers to meet a hirer
Meet 10 is a virtual networking session that brings together hiring professionals—from department heads to production companies—with 10 jobseekers interested in working in film and television production. These sessions create space for direct conversations, insights, and connections between those looking to hire and those eager to work and learn.
This program supports equity-focused hiring by connecting British Columbians from underrepresented communities with industry decision-makers. It’s all about relationship-building, growing professional networks, and opening doors to employment.
“This is a very social industry. It’s very important that you learn how to network and develop long lasting relationships” – Stunt Coordinator
How it works:
Each Meet 10 is organized around a specific topic—such as How to Get Hired in the Camera Department—and takes place online via Zoom.
