BC Housing is hiring a Film Supervisor for a short-term, approximately one-year, full-time position based in Coquitlam, B.C.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Film & Special Events, the Film Supervisor schedules, trains, supervises, and directs Film Liaison Coordinator staff and contracted temporary Film Liaisons in the delivery of on-site services and site supervision for filming and special events.
The role is responsible for supporting film scouts, technical surveys, and wrap surveys at Provincial Rental Housing Corporation and BC Housing Management properties. This opportunity may be a fit for candidates with experience in film liaison work, locations, site supervision, special events, production coordination, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have knowledge of film industry operations, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
