The Disability Screen Office is accepting applications for its Toronto International Film Festival 2026 Delegation.
With support from Sunbelt Rentals and the Toronto International Film Festival, DSO will bring a delegation of disabled creatives to TIFF 2026, taking place September 10–20, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario.
There are five delegate spots available. Selected delegates will receive one complimentary Market pass valid for the length of the market and festival, along with any accessibility services required to fully participate.
Delegates from outside the Greater Toronto Area will also receive support for flight, train, or other travel, seven nights of hotel accommodation from September 9–16, ground transportation to and from the airport or station and around the city as needed, and a per diem.
This opportunity is for disabled creatives across Canada who face barriers accessing opportunities in the screen industry. It is best suited for producers, writers, and individuals working in business affairs in the screen industry, ideally those with projects ready to pitch. The opportunity is not suitable for actors or performers.
Applicants will be evaluated based on their current role in the industry, how they will benefit from attending TIFF, and how the delegation will support their future goals. DSO strongly encourages applications from disabled creatives across all dimensions of diversity.
