The Slate Development Program is a selective program that supports the development of a slate of projects, developed by Canadian production companies, by offering financial support for the development of original intellectual property (“IP”). Applications will be assessed on the potential of the projects and the opportunity for the slate to advance the applicant company. Successful applicants will have the flexibility to allocate the funds between their slate of projects in response to market needs and opportunities.
