Sony Pictures Imageworks is hiring an Intermediate Production Coordinator for its Vancouver studio.
This project-based, full-time role supports Assistant Production Managers, Digital Production Managers, Producers, artists, leads, and supervisors across one or more VFX or CG production departments.
Responsibilities include preparing playlists for team reviews, maintaining team calendars, tracking shot data in ShotGrid, taking production notes, communicating supervisor and client feedback, supporting artist needs, coordinating across departments, monitoring inventory and workflow, helping teams stay on schedule, and mentoring junior production team members.
Candidates should have production coordination experience in VFX feature film, CG animation feature film, or game production. The posting asks for at least one year of experience as a Production Coordinator and a solid understanding of digital production workflows, scheduling, ShotGrid, artist support, and cross-department communication.
