Industry supports for equity, changing the way we work
Collaboration for Greater Representation
Many industries are calling for greater diversity and inclusion, and B.C. ‘s motion picture industry is too. Whether in the form of the stories told, the storytellers themselves or the faces behind and in front of the camera or the computer, industry is committed to deliberately increase workforce capacity through more fair and balanced representation.
Creative Pathways offers “open streams” and “equity streams” to increase access for all people from British Columbia with targeted opportunities for people from systemically excluded groups.
The Opportunities section shows real-time listings, look for Setwork and Meet 10 – these are the two equity streams offered through Creative Pathways.
