Collaboration for Greater Representation
Many industries are calling for greater diversity and inclusion, and B.C. ‘s motion picture industry is too. Whether in the form of the stories told, the storytellers themselves or the faces behind and in front of the camera or the computer, industry is committed to deliberately increase workforce capacity through more fair and balanced representation.
Creative Pathways offers “open streams” and “equity streams” to increase access for all British Columbians with targeted opportunities for people from systemically excluded groups.
