Responsible for the hair cutting, styling and wig application for all performers.
What does working in this department look like?
The Hair department dresses the hair of all performers, appropriate to their character. They also provide and dress wigs and sideburns when required and aid the Costume Department in the placement of hats.

Skills needed
- Knowledge of period styles, wigs and hairpieces, cutting, styling and colouring.
- Knowledge of natural textured hair.
Experience
- Practical working hairdresser experience with relevant certification.
- Practical working barber experience with relevant certification.
- Previous work experience in a professional theatre, film, commercials or television production.
